Enhancing Our O’hana Living Experience!
At Makaha Surfside, we deserve a vibrant community that caters to our desires and adds extra charm to our living experience. We want your input on how the association can further elevate our joy within the footprint of our property.
Green Spaces: Should we transform some of our blank grass areas into
exciting amenities? Imagine practicing your putting skills on a pristine putting green, enjoying a friendly game of croquet, or challenging your neighbors to a horseshoe match.
Sustainability: Let’s explore eco-friendly options like a community vegetable garden, a chicken coop for fresh eggs, or even an aquaponic garden. These
initiatives not only reduce our environmental footprint but also bring our community closer together.
Volunteer Opportunities: If you’re passionate about any of these ideas and are willing to contribute your time and expertise, we’d love to hear from you! Your involvement can help make these projects a reality.
We value your thoughts and ideas on these potential enhancements and will pass them on to the Board of Directors. Please share your feedback and let us know which ideas resonate with you. Together, we can make our community even better! Text your name, unit number and comments to: (435) 709-5682 or aloha@SurfsideOhanaNews.com
LETTERS to the EDITOR:
Feedback about the proposed MSS Neighborhood Watch program.
“Please contact the HPD. Community policing is how we maintain a lawful approach and have better access to social programs as our community will have a liaison officer.” Mike A. A242
“There are a few of us that do this
already. I truly feel it would be great to get others involved. My favorite quote is never look down on someone Not unless your helping them up. We all need a helping hand at sometime in our lives and it would be a fantastic involvement for our community. Count me in. Aloha” Ramy K. B126
